首先,我們要先使用扒形裝訂針來(lái)固定管道的搭接口，裝訂針的間距好是50mm。裝訂時(shí)，裝訂針應(yīng)與接縫略呈角度。裝訂針僅用于有蓋舌的搭接口固定，若無(wú)蓋舌，或平接口時(shí)，應(yīng)用膠帶接片進(jìn)行固定。然后再使用密封膠帶來(lái)進(jìn)一步固定，一般來(lái)說(shuō)，節(jié)能消音通風(fēng)管使用的密封膠帶有熱敏膠帶、壓敏膠帶兩種。膠帶大為300mm，每邊至少1個(gè)。
Firstly, we need to fix the lap joint of the pipeline by using the pickup binding needle. The best distance of the binding needle is 50mm. When binding, the binding needle should be slightly angled with the seam. Binding needle is only used for fixing lap joint with cover tongue. If there is no cover tongue or flat joint, tape joint is used for fixing. Then use sealant tape to further fix. Generally speaking, energy-saving silencing ventilation duct uses two kinds of sealant tape: heat-sensitive tape and pressure-sensitive tape. The maximum tape is 300 mm, at least one on each side.

a.拉桿加固法，它是采用鋼彩、套管加固，通常使用在500Pa以下的正壓加固。

b.框架加固法，即采用輕鋼龍骨加固。
B. Frame reinforcement method, i.e. light steel keel reinforcement.
c.抱合加固法，即采用輕鋼龍骨加固，使用在拉桿加固和框架加固無(wú)法應(yīng)用的某些特殊管道上，如900彎管、三通管、悶頭管等。
C. Enclosure reinforcement method, i.e. light steel keel reinforcement, is used in some special pipes which can not be applied in tie rod reinforcement and frame reinforcement, such as 900 elbows, tee pipes, stuffy pipes, etc.
d.防下垂加固法，它用于特殊管道的加固，如變經(jīng)管道加固和迂回管道加固。
D. Drop-proof reinforcement method, which is used to reinforce special pipelines, such as pipeline reinforcement and circuitous pipeline reinforcement.
